Acceptance of Terms
By requesting fabrication or installation services from Finicky Fixture Nigeria Limited, the client agrees to all terms listed below and referenced policy pages.
1. Pricing and Quote Validity
- Issued quotations remain valid for 7 days.
- Price may change if site conditions change after measurement.
- Deposit payment indicates acceptance and project commencement.
2. Payment Terms
- Deposit must be paid before fabrication begins.
- Balance is required immediately after installation completion.
- Late payment may attract rescheduling charges.
3. Project Changes & Adjustments
- Changes after fabrication begins attract revision cost.
- Additional materials or redesigns attract separate costing.
4. Warranty Terms
- Warranty covers installation workmanship only.
- Warranty excludes physical damage after installation.
- Warranty excludes chemical reaction, misuse or remodeling damage.
5. Completion and Inspection
- Customer must inspect completed work on-site.
- Corrections after exit attract revisiting charge.
- Final polishing is done on completion day.
6. Project Cancellation
- If fabrication has not begun — refund applies less admin cost.
- No refund applies for already cut, welded or customized materials.
- Refer to Refund Policy for full procedure.
7. Data Usage & Communication
- Customer data is used strictly for project communication.
- No customer data is sold or shared externally.
