General Policy
Stainless steel fabrications are specially constructed to fit customer dimensions and cannot be reused. Refund applies only if work activity has not commenced.
1. Cancellation Before Work Starts
- Refund request must be made within 24 hours of payment.
- 15% administrative charge applies.
- If materials are not purchased, refund is instant.
2. Work In Progress
- Used materials are deducted before refund.
- Refund applies only to unexecuted labour.
- Fabricated parts cannot be refunded or returned.
3. At Installation Stage
- No refund after installation has commenced.
- Customer changes require new billing.
- Removal and reinstalling is billable.
4. Refund Duration
- Processed within 3–7 working days.
- Refund must be sent back to same originating account.
- Notification is issued after refund completion.
5. Conditions Where Refund Will Not Apply
- Already installed items.
- Customer modification errors.
- Damage caused by third party after installation.
